LASER CUT : ANY SHAPE YOU WANT

The laser cut allows for many different shapes and materials so that you are free to design the label you want.

Laser cut labels are always executed in High Definition to ensure that the details on the clothing label are clearly visible.
We advise to cover the threads on the back of the label in white or black Vilene.

The laser beam cauterizes the ends of the fabric which will prevent fraying. The laser beam ensures a clean cut with perfectly sealed ends. A cutting technique at the cutting edge of technology!

LUREX : METALLIC BRILLIANCE

Lurex is a thread which is covered with polyester with a specific metallic sheen. It will add a glossy highlight the thread and will produce a metallic finish. It can be produced in different colours but most often it is used in silver or multi-colour.
Lurex is used in backgrounds and/or to create a pattern on a different background colour.

EMBROIDERED BADGE

The zigzag satin stitch is the perfect finish for embroidered badges and emblems. The stitch width of 3 mm will allow to create most badges, rectangular, round …

FRINGES

A new arrival in the world of woven clothing labels : fringes !
It’s a completely new finishing style that will produce a tapestry effect !
This finish is created on a cotton base. The possibility to use many different colours will allow you to completely customize your clothing label.

WOVEN BADGES

Badges are woven emblems. The badge is cut out by laser which gives it its specific shape. All our badges are delivered ready to sew but there is another finish to choose from : The Heat Seal badges.
With a heat seal badge there is no need to sew. You only need a hot iron to directly seal the badge to your garment in seconds.

EMBOSSING : A LABEL WITH TEXTURE

Embossing is used to create a textured finish. It allows to create an interesting visual and tactile effect. Embossing is only possible on a one colour background.

Once the label is woven, you can personalize it with your logo by using embossing.

We will finish the woven label with a tactile background that will highlight the embossing effect visible in natural light.

THE EMBOSSING PLATE
It is made with two plates (a mould), one hollow and one with a texture, that fit together.

THE TEXTURE
The two plates are simultaneously pressed together to create a textured finish on both sides of the label.
